this sucks...our section blog is kinda DEAD, like you know, no one posts / tags / etc. so i post for the first time lah. band today was super boring coz we only had ONE song to play, which is the sunset at the lakeside or smt. whatever. i think can play already lah...considering how long we spent on it. and today, gina had to run like six rounds, according to nadia, except no one really took nadia seriously except for gina, so she ran six rounds lah (i think)..........and today i was late for band (kinda)...i PROMISE nadia i'll try to come earlier next time, except thurs i have PBL :( i'm going to finish my holiday homework now, which is kinda overdue but still must do *sigh*
I'm amazed that I actually remembered the email add & password! xD

Anyway it's the first day of the year! HAPPY NEW YEAR! :DDD Nadia & I are sec 4s, Yiyuan & Gina & Liming are sec 3s, Emma & Wenqi are sec 2s xD Tough year ahead, good luck everyone!! :D

It's time to review on Musical Evening. Muahahaha :D Flutos.

Firstly, we all know what happened on stage and hey, I'm not exactly pleased with that but everyone makes mistakes right. Except that... it's our second time. >.> Way to go flutos! Just remember not to do it next year(!!!).

Next, we were too sharp. *Jaws dropping* Yeah & apparently, it was very obvious. Sigh. I don't think you guys listened to tuning cos honestly, tuning that day was horrible. No joke. I hope all of you work hard and train your ears! Don't just play as if you're the only one.

Intonation was also very bad >:@ Must work harder okay. Especially sec ones & twos. You have NBC next year and SYF in 2009. Don't slack so much!!! Improve your intonation, use faster air. Go and do those exercises Mr Chua asked to do. It will help!

Did you all watch the conductors? Frankly I don't think you did. ;_; We were way too fast for Danse Diabolique, in case you haven't realised. And that made it harder for the whole band to play. So please, WATCH CONDUCTING. Noah's Ark also. Notes all very messy. Why? Never watch right? D:

Sorry for scolding you all online, but really do reflect. Remember there's a time to be serious and there's a time to play. And concert was definitely the time to be serious. It was Mindy's and my last concert. I'm just disappointed and sad to say it wasn't our best. Sorry.

In the meanwhile, enjoy your holidays and go do your homework.

the opening of this beyoutifool blog. Hello kiddos :) I miss you guys.

Musical Evening 2007 was in some ways, a success. For a pessimist, I'm pretty Optimistic. Hahaha. Anw. Gina, well done for your solo in Great Steamboat. Will post more about ME07 soon.
